For one year from his last day in Crown Service, he should not become personally involved in lobbying the UK Government on behalf of his new employer or its subsidiaries, partners or clients. For one year from his last day in Crown service, he should not provide advice on the terms or with regards to the subject matter of a bid or contract relating directly to the work of the MOD or its trading funds. For one year from his last day in Crown service, he should not make use, directly or indirectly, of his contacts in government and/or Crown service to influence policy, or secure business or funding on behalf of his new employer. For one year from his last day in Crown service, he should not be involved directly or indirectly for any UK MOD defence supplier on any work which would be informed by the commercially sensitive information to which he may have had access.
