For six months from her last day in Crown Service, she should not work on any MOD contract.

After six months from her last day in Crown Service, she may work on any MOD contract as long as it is not one, she was involved in from a decision-making perspective while at the MOD.
The appointing contractor should also ensure that there is a non-disclosure agreement in place as part of their conflict of interest process to ensure that commercially sensitive data is not disclosed. 

Standard condition AG.1.A will apply for the duration of applicability of the business appointment rules (i.e. for two years after her last day in Crown Service), she should not draw on (disclose or use for the benefit of herself or her prospective employer) any information available to her from her time in Crown Service which could reasonably be perceived to give them an unfair advantage over any competitors they may have.
