Cleared subject to the following condition(s):

AG.1. You should not draw on (disclose or use for the benefit of yourself or your prospective client or employer or their subsidiaries partners or clients) any information available to you from your time in Crown Service which could reasonably be perceived to give them an unfair advantage over competitors;

AG.2. You should not make use, directly or indirectly, of your Government and/or Crown Service contacts, or contacts developed during Crown Service in other Governments or organisations, to influence policy or secure funding or business on behalf of yourself or your prospective client or employer or their subsidiaries partners or clients for twelve months from your last day in Crown Service. This does not preclude routine contact on matters aligned with Government policy.

AG.3. You should not provide advice to any company or organisation on the terms of, or with regard to the subject matter of, a bid or contract relating directly to the work of the MOD or its trading funds for twelve months from your last day in Crown Service

And subject to the additional behavioural condition:

AA.1 You must not be involved in initiating contact with MOD contacts on behalf of your prospective employer or their subsidiaries partners or clients regarding pitches for new business for 9 months from your last day in post. This does not preclude your being in contact with your Government and/or Crown Service contacts on matters other than the specified areas, in particular the delivery of existing contracts that L3 Harris holds with Defence, nor on the provision of internal advice to your new employer on business development with the MOD (although you must not be involved in advising on specific bids, see AG.3 above).
