  2. For one year from your last day in Crown service, you should not become personally involved in lobbying the UK Government on behalf of your new employer or its subsidiaries (including its parent group and sister subsidiaries), partners or clients

  3. For one year from your last day in Crown service, you should not provide advice on the terms or with regard to the subject matter of a bid or contract relating directly to the work of the MOD or its trading funds

  4. For one year from your last day in Crown service, you should not make use, directly or indirectly, of your contacts in Government and/or Crown service to influence policy, or secure business or funding on behalf of your new employer including its parent group and sister subsidiaries

  5. For one year from your last day in Crown service, you should not be employed in supplying goods and services directly to DPS ISS delivery team

  6. For one year from your last day in Crown service, you should be involved in directly or indirectly for your new employer including its parent group and sister subsidiaries on any work which would be informed by any commercially sensitive information to which you have had access.
