MJ Church Recycling Limited: application made to abstract water

MJ Church Recycling Limited has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is to vary licence serial number SW/053/0003/007 to abstract water from Underground strata comprising Carboniferous Limestone at Wick Quarry, Wick, Bristol between the following National Grid References, ST 71037 73384, ST 71218 73176, ST 71011 72999 and ST 70796 73127 for the purpose of transferring it without intervening use to National Grid Reference ST 71000 73602.
The variation applied for is to increase quantity being dewatered to:
