A further update on work MOJ is doing to respond to the CJEU judgment of November 2018 in O’Brien No.2 and the Supreme Court’s judgment in Miller of December 2019.

This update to the Employment Tribunal confirms that we have published a consultation setting out our proposals for amendments to the Fee-Paid Judicial Pension Scheme in order to provide a substantive remedy for O’Brien 2 and Miller claimants.
