These documents constitute the Ministry of Justice’s (MoJ) written evidence submission to the Senior Salaries Review Body (SSRB) for its 2026/27 annual pay review for full-time and part-time salaried judicial office holders (the remit group) in the courts and tribunals of the United Kingdom for whom the Lord Chancellor sets the rate of remuneration.

This year’s annual pay review is taking place alongside the ongoing Major Review of judicial pay. This evidence pack may be considered by the SSRB in the course of the Major Review. The MOJ expects to publish full evidence for the Major Review in 2026.
