This mid-term evaluation of the Microinsurance Catastrophe Risk Organization (MiCRO) was commissioned by the Caribbean Development Bank (CDB). While the focus of the evaluation is of MiCRO itself, the full context of the assignment as described below includes a wide range of stakeholders both upstream and downstream from MiCRO SCC.
