The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s policy is to list all of its live social and technical research studies that have been externally commissioned and cost £10,000 or more excluding VAT.
This threshold is used for consistency with the 2023 Public Contract regulations.
The list contains live projects as at September 2026.
Please note that the list does not include communications research/polling studies.
