MHCLG register of board members’ interests

Published 6 September 2021

This list sets out the declared interests of executive and non-executive members who have served on the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government’s (MHCLG) Department board as of 1 April 2021. Ministers’ interests are published separately by the Cabinet Office.

Departmental board members are asked to declare any personal, business, or related party interests that may, or may be perceived by a reasonable member of the public to, influence their judgements in performing their obligations to the department.

The purpose of this list is to meet the requirements of section 6.4.3(e) of the Government Financial Reporting Manual 2021 to 2022 and paragraph 4.15 of the Corporate governance in central departments: code of good practice.

Where there is a risk of an actual, perceived or potential conflict of interests, mitigations plans have been put in place.
