Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by MGS Civil Engineering Ltd
  • disqualify MGS Civil Engineering Ltd for 2 years from applying or holding any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area
  • disqualify Mark Gill for 2 years from applying or holding any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area

The decision was made on 18 May 2018.
