The IPO commissioned Frontier Economics to develop an analytical framework and modelling approach. Over time, this could underpin a more holistic understanding of the scale and cost of intellectual property infringement to the UK.
This report sets out an initial modelling approach and supporting methodologies developed within the study, and recommendations for future development.
