Details

This memorandum of understanding (MOU) records the basis on which the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) and Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service (COPFS) will co-operate to investigate and/or prosecute individuals in respect of the cartel offence, where the offence may have been committed within the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. The cartel offence was established by the Enterprise Act 2002 (EA02).
