In 2024 TrustMark reported quality issues with some energy efficiency measures installed through the following government schemes:

• Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) Wave 2
• Home Upgrade Grant Phase 2 (HUG 2)

This report summarises the results of a randomised sample of audits, commissioned by Ofgem, to understand the extent of non-compliance across all measures installed under these schemes.
