We would like to know if it is possible to obtain a pdf copy of the UKIPO manual of trade mark practice which was in use around 1989 and 1992.
For a case in relation to a trade mark registered during this period, we need to know the Patent Office’s trade mark examination practice at that time and having access to this document – or any other guide to examination practice that was in use at the time.
