  2. References to Employment Agency Standards (EAS) Inspectorate changed to Fair Work Agency (FWA). From 7 April 2026 a new government agency called the Fair Work Agency (FWA) began operating. It replaced the Employment Agency Standards (EAS) Inspectorate.
