DECC 2014-15 Main Estate Estimates Memorandum to the Energy and Climate Change Select Committee. The purpose of the Memorandum is to provide an explanation of how the resources and cash sought in the Main Estimate, which was published on 29th April, will be applied to achieve the department’s objectives. This includes information on comparisons with the resources provided in earlier years in Estimates and Departmental Expenditure Limit (DEL) Budgets.
