Guidance

Swearing of affirmation or affidavit

  • make an appointment at the embassy in Luxembourg to swear your affirmation or affidavit
  • the affirmation or affidavit form has to be completed in black pen, either at home or at the Embassy, but must have no mistakes and please do not sign it
