  1. A copy of the equipment testing programme that was run before giving approval, along with the results
  2. Details of this second method used by the LTI 20.20 to gain Home Office approval.
  3. Whether section 5 of the Speedmeter Manual 2nd Edition contains operational requirements “For Approval Testing Only”, or operational requirements “For General Use After Approval” (or both)? 4.The setup details of the approval testing carried out on the LTI 20.20. Specifically the distance at which the target vehicle was tracked.
  4. If type approval testing of the LTI 20.20 was only carried out to a maximum range of 155 metres, whether the device is only approved for use up to that range.
  5. A list of other approved devices which have been tested at ranges greater than 155 metres.
