We have a received a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 for the following: 
• How many office-issued mobile devices and laptops have been lost or stolen in the last two years?
• How many of the missing mobile devices or laptops were found and returned?
• How many staff have been disciplined over the losses or thefts?
• How many staff in your organisation currently have an office-issue laptop or mobile device?
• What are your procedures for when somebody loses a device? Does the member of staff concerned have to pay for the loss?
•
