This report presents the findings by London Metropolitan University’s evaluation of the LAP, which focuses on the set up of the LAP, cost and value for money, outcomes for children and the sub regional framework.
This is independent of the previous evaluation undertaken by Middlesex University and published in November 2024. The findings are indicative rather than conclusive, due to the small number of children involved and limitations in the available data.
