The data contains the following terms:
| Term | Explanation |
|---|---|
| BRMA (LRR) | Broad rental market area (local reference rents) – an area where a tenant lives and accesses facilities and services related to health, education, recreation, personal banking and shopping, across which local reference rents are determined |
| CAT 1A | Category 1A – One room let with substantial board and attendance |
| CAT 1B | Category 1B – One room with shared use of a kitchen, toilet, bathroom and living room |
| CAT 1C | Category 1C – Any other one-room letting |
