The data contains the following terms:

Term Explanation
BRMA (LRR) Broad rental market area (local reference rents) – an area where a tenant lives and accesses facilities and services related to health, education, recreation, personal banking and shopping, across which local reference rents are determined
CAT 1A Category 1A – One room let with substantial board and attendance
CAT 1B Category 1B – One room with shared use of a kitchen, toilet, bathroom and living room
CAT 1C Category 1C – Any other one-room letting
