LHA Rates are weekly, the monthly figures are for illustrative purposes only and have been converted from the weekly rates. Any policy enquiries should be directed to the Department for Work and Pensions. These rates will not appear on LHA-Direct before 15 March 2020.

The 30th percentile figures shown here are derived from twelve months lettings information (List of Rents) collected up to the end of September 2019.
