This interim evaluation compiles research led by Ipsos MORI, completed in 2020, to assess the early impact of the Local Full Fibre Network (LFFN) Wave 1 projects.

The Wave 1 portion of this programme acted as a pilot to test a number of delivery methods to stimulate, accelerate and de-risk commercial investment in full fibre networks in both rural and urban locations across the UK.
