LEVI capability funding allocations
This spreadsheet shows the capability funding allocations to local and combined authorities under the LEVI Fund.
In the 2025 to 2026 period the capability funding was allocated to London partnerships for the first time, alongside London councils.
From 2026/27 capability funding has been allocated to all 32 London boroughs and the City of London Corporation individually rather than to London partnerships.
Following new devolved arrangements for local government, beginning in 2025/26 funding for certain areas has been allocated through new strategic authorities in their integrated settlements. This includes Greater Manchester and the West Midlands from 2025/26, and Liverpool City Region, the North East, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire from 2026/27.
