The Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) Fund supports local authorities in England to plan and deliver chargepoint infrastructure for residents without off-street parking.

The documents on this page contain lists of local authorities in England with:

  • confirmed LEVI capital funding allocations for financial year 2023 to 2024
  • confirmed LEVI capital funding allocations for financial year 2024 to 2025
  • LEVI capability funding levels for financial years 2022 to 2029

There is also a methodology note that explains how the funding is calculated.

LEVI funding comprises:

  • capability funding to ensure that local authorities have the staff and capability to plan and deliver chargepoint infrastructure
  • capital funding to support chargepoint delivery
