This documents lists people prohibited from running an employment agency or business due to misconduct or unsuitability.
The Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EAS) can apply to an employment tribunal to ban someone from running, or being involved in running, an employment agency or business. This relates to section 3(a) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973.
