The Secretary of State has directed the National Crime Agency under section 172(1)(b) of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 to prepare a list of countries and territories outside the United Kingdom in which the National Crime Agency considers children are at high risk of sexual abuse or sexual exploitation from United Kingdom nationals or United Kingdom residents.
The list prepared by the National Crime Agency has been submitted to the Secretary of State who is required by section 172(3)(b) of the Police, Crime, Sentencing and Courts Act 2022 to lay the list before Parliament.
The countries are listed alphabetically and are not ranked in order.
