The Consular Section in Lusaka regrets to inform the public that we will closed to the public on Tuesday 15th and Wednesday 16th September due to unforeseen circumstances. Only consular emergencies and collection of passports will be attended to.
Information about renewal of passports is available on our website www.gov.uk/overseas-passports . In the event of a genuine emergency please call (0211) 423200 and follow the prompts for consular emergencies (press 2 then 1).
Normal services will resume on Thursday 17th September.
