This report provides a summary of the findings for the 2013 to 2014 extended trial of the learner satisfaction survey for community learning.

The survey ran from 25 November 2013 to 13 April 2014 and involved a much larger number of providers than in the pilot the previous year. Learners from a total of 187 providers took part in the survey.

This report was undertaken by Ipsos MORI on behalf of the Skills Funding Agency.
