Withdrawal of Notice 12
Applications for inspection of registered titles, individual caution registers and caution plans through HM Land Registry’s Find a Property service
The following notice is withdrawn at 20.00 hours on Thursday 5 May 2022:
Notice 12, dated 19 March 2013, relating to applications under section 66(1) of the Land Registration Act 2002 to inspect and make copies of registered titles, individual caution registers and caution plans, through HM Land Registry’s Find a Property service.
At that time and date, the ability to deal with the above applications through HM Land Registry’s Find a Property service will end.
