Notice given under paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Land Charges Rules 1974
Suspension of Notice
Pursuant to paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Land Charges Rules 1974, the following notice will be suspended and the relevant services unable to be accessed from 8pm on Friday 22 May 2026 until 11:59pm on Sunday 24 May 2026, due to essential maintenance work on all HM Land Registry’s electronic services:
- Notice 2: Land Charges services through HM Land Registry Portal and Business Gateway
