Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

  • revoke the operator licence held by K & B Transport Ltd with effect from 30 April 2018

  • disqualify Kulwinder Singh Toor for 4 years from holding or obtaining any type of operator’s licence in any traffic area

  • disqualify Kulwinder Singh Toor for 4 years from being the director of any company holding or obtaining an operator’s licence

  • disqualify Amit Rai for 2 years from acting as transport manager under any operator’s licence, with loss of good repute

The decision was made on 25 April 2018.
