The Ministry of Justice laid a report before Parliament in January 2019 in accordance with section 22(2)(b) of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013 regarding member contribution rates for the Judicial Pensions Scheme 2015.
This report relates to making provisions for member contribution rates related to the Judicial Pension Scheme 2015. The current provisions came into force on 1 April 2019 and extend to 31 March 2020.
