Details
The Judicial Pension Scheme (JPS) Resource Accounts 2019-20 were laid in Parliament on Tuesday, 21 July 2020.
Judicial pension arrangements are contracted out of the State Second Pension. The JPS comprises unfunded, salary-related, occupational pension schemes open to members of the salaried and fee-paid Judiciary.
These financial statements have been laid before Parliament in accordance with the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000, chapter 20, Section 6 (4).
