Details

The Judicial Pension Scheme Resource Accounts 2017-18 were laid in Parliament on Monday 23 July 2018.

Judicial pension arrangements are contracted out of the State Second Pension.

The JPS comprises unfunded, salary-related, occupational pension schemes open to members of the salaried and fee-paid Judiciary.

These financial statements have been laid before Parliament in accordance with the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000, chapter 20, Section 6 (4).
