Judicial pension arrangements are contracted out of the State Second Pension.

The JPS comprises unfunded, salary-related, occupational pension schemes open to most members of the salaried Judiciary.

These financial statements have been laid before Parliament in accordance with the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000, chapter 20, Section 6 (4).
