This Equality Impact Assessment relates to Judicial Pensions Reform. It should be read alongside the recently announced Written Ministerial Statement.

We are publishing this EIA since it delivers on our pre-existing commitment to do so and represents how we have paid ‘due regard’ to the Equality Act 2010 in the development of the Judicial Pensions proposals.
