The Judicial Appointments Commission, established in April 2006, is an independent non-departmental public body (NDPB) set up by the Constitutional Reform Act in 2005 to select judicial office holders. This is the Commission’s first annual report and accounts

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
