This is the second Joint Strategic Framework (JSF-2) for the engagement by the governments of Germany, the Netherlands, Portugal and the United Kingdom with the African Development Bank (ADB). The strategy covers the period 2009 to 2011. It focuses our collective efforts on priorities with a view to further strengthen cooperation and coherence within the constituency and in order to improve our transparency and effectiveness in the Board of Directors.
