Details

The Secretary of State and the Welsh ministers have decided to establish 4 new joint panels of reservoir engineers for England and Wales. The new panels will start on 1 January 2022. They will run alongside the existing panels and eventually replace them.

This determination updates the arrangements between the Secretary of State and Welsh ministers. It details how they will manage and operate the panels. The determination works with a joint statutory instrument (SI) which sets the application procedure and application fee.
