Phase One Delivery Area Heat Maps

Updated 29 January 2026

Applies to England, Scotland and Wales

The heat maps demonstrate how demand for the Jobs Guarantee is distributed across local authorities within each delivery area. While successful applicants must demonstrate their ability to deliver the Jobs Guarantee across the entire delivery area, levels of demand will differ between local authorities. The maps show the proportion of total demand within each delivery area that comes from each of its constituent local authorities.
