J. Reddington Ltd has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a licence to abstract water from River Terrace Deposits area of National Grid References TQ 29832 77713, TQ 29892 77748, TQ 29916 77690, TQ 29878 77659 to transfer it to National Grid Reference TQ 29852 77684 without intervening use.
The application is to abstract water as follows:

144 cubic metres an hour

3,456 cubic metres a day

1,261,440 cubic metres a year

between 1 April and 31 March inclusive in each year.
