The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a licence to abstract water from Alluvium and Kempton Park Gravel Member at Brimsdown substation, Enfield between National Grid References TQ 36860 98299, TQ 36885 98274, TQ 37036 97969 and TQ 36758 97946 to transfer it to the Small River Lee at National Grid Reference TQ 37023 97975 without intervening use.
The application is to abstract water as follows:
