Details
This guidance is for ITT providers and lead schools. It explains the process for providers requesting ITT places for the 2022 to 2023 academic year. It also details the methodology used by DfE to grant places to ITT providers and lead schools.
The spreadsheets show the allocations granted to accredited ITT providers and lead schools offering the following courses for the 2022 to 2023 academic year:
- postgraduate physical education (PE) (fee-funded) courses leading to qualified teacher status (QTS)
- early years courses leading to early years teacher status (EYTS)
Undergraduate courses leading to QTS are not subject to allocations for the 2022 to 2023 academic year.
This guidance only applies to the 2022 to 2023 academic year. The process may be modified in future years.
