Details

The Traffic Commissioner made orders to:

• disqualify Ian Percival for 2 years from acting as transport manager under any operator’s licence with effect from 30 June 2018
• revoke the operator licence held by IPL Haulage Ltd with effect from 30 June 2018
• revoke the operator licence held by Sheppard Commercial Service Ltd with effect from 30 June 2018

The decision was made on 2 May 2018.
