Occasionally, disputes can arise in relation to IP rights. This booklet contains information on how to resolve such disputes.

This booklet may help you better understand your options in advance of seeking legal advice, and to consider possible strategies if you believe your rights have been infringed or where it is alleged you have infringed someone else’s rights.
