Please note that:

  • All IMS claims for the month of December must be submitted by external users by 4.00pm on Thursday 22 December.

  • For Help to Buy and development schemes where a payment release date is on or before Thursday 22 December, the payment will be processed by 29 December.

  • For Help to Buy schemes where a generated payment release date falls between 23 and 31 December the release date will not be changed. The payments will be accepted into our finance system on Tuesday 3 January.

  • IMS will reopen to all users on Tuesday 3 January 2017 at 8.00am.
