Published 3 new codes of practice, on third party bulk personal datasets, bulk personal datasets with low or no reasonable expectation of privacy, and the Investigatory Powers Act notices regime. All other codes of practice have been updated as the drafts laid before Parliament on 31 March 2025 are now in force.
