Richard Horwell QC has agreed the terms of reference with the 3 surviving victims of the miscarriage of justice: Stephen Miller, John Actie and Anthony Paris.

He will begin his Investigation on 2 March 2015 and will aim to complete it by Summer 2015.

Richard Horwell is asking for evidence to be submitted to the Investigation for consideration. Evidence should be sent to:
